About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant on the Corporate Risk Regulatory Relations Team. The Corporate Risk Regulatory Relations Team is responsible for leading end-to-end regulatory engagements within the Corporate Risk line of business, including, but not limited to, regulatory examinations and surveys, supervisory meetings, information requests and responses to regulatory findings.

The incumbent for this position will report to the Regulatory Relations Director for Corporate Risk. The Corporate Risk Regulatory Relations team ensures an organized and cohesive approach to interacting with regulators, ensuring transparency and consistency of communications, providing oversight and guidance on the quality of regulatory responses, and ensuring adherence to enterprise policy requirements.

The incumbent will be broadly responsible for supporting the team in communicating with regulators, facilitating regulatory exams and ad-hoc regulatory requests, scheduling regulatory meetings, updating systems of record, and preparing relevant stakeholders for regulatory engagements.

In this role, you will:

  • Focus on accessing our system of record, inputting data accurately and exporting data from system of record as directed

  • Responsible for scheduling meetings with stakeholders, preparing written summaries, as well as providing executive summaries of the regulatory engagements to Reg Relations leadership and clients

  • Execute on administrative and record keeping responsibilities to ensure the smooth administration and management of regulatory engagements

  • Provide support to leadership in management of client and regulatory engagements

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Ability to remain organized while manage multiple and competing priorities

  • Proficiency with Power Point, Excel and Teams

  • Project Management experience

  • Prior Bank and/or Regulatory Relations Experience

  • Demonstrated ability to capture the essence of meetings and prepare first drafts of executive level summaries

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
