Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in St. Louis. The role involves executing and finalizing software-related projects, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring the solution's validation. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the execution and finalization of software-related projects, adhering to strict deadlines.
• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to establish project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and communication documents.
• Manage personnel acquisition from within the company through negotiation with other department managers.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Develop and deliver progress reports and requirements documentation, ensuring all stakeholders are kept in the loop.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Define project success criteria and disseminate them to all involved parties throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendation reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
• Perform other duties as needed or required.
Requirements • Exceptional skills in Customer Service, displaying professionalism and empathy when dealing with clients.
• Strong Communication abilities to effectively liaise with all levels of staff and stakeholders.
• Proven Management experience, demonstrating the ability to lead a team towards common goals.
• Excellent Documentation skills for accurate record-keeping and reporting.
• Trained in developing and delivering Training modules for both team members and clients.
• Proficient in Planning and executing complex projects within stipulated timelines.
• Experience in Research and data analysis to inform project decisions.
• Familiarity with Planning Processes in a project management context.
• Solid background in Project Management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and reach beneficial agreements.
• Ability to manage Stakeholders' expectations and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficiency in Conductivity management to ensure smooth project operations.
• Capability to Execute project plans efficiently and effectively.
• Strong Collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Best Practices in project management to enhance efficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites for project documentation and presentation.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain strong relationships within the team.
• Ability to oversee the creation and delivery of project Deliverables.
• Basic knowledge in Computer Sciences to understand technical aspects of projects.
• Proven experience in Project Planning and execution.
• Skilled in Effective Communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with setting project Milestones and monitoring progress.
