We are in the service industry and located in SAINT LOUIS, Missouri, 63144-2122, United States. The role we are offering is for a part-time Payroll Manager, and it offers a short term contract employment opportunity. The function of this role is to support our human resources department, specifically in the payroll area.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process payroll for 101 to 500 employees

• Utilize UKG Ready for payroll processing and management

• Handle 401k - RRSP Administration tasks

• Oversee accounting functions related to payroll

• Conduct regular auditing of payroll records and transactions

• Manage benefit functions related to payroll

• Handle bi-Monthly Payroll processing

• Use Concur for relevant tasks

• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and tax regulations

• Manage various pay variables effectively.

Requirements • Proven experience in managing payroll for 101 - 500 employees

• Proficiency in using Concur for payroll management

• Extensive knowledge of 401k and RRSP administration

• Solid understanding of general accounting functions

• Experience in conducting audits related to payroll

• Familiarity with benefit functions in payroll

• Ability to handle bi-monthly payroll efficiently

• Experience in managing full cycle payroll

• Proficiency in using UKG Ready for payroll management
