Job Overview

Position Schedule: Full-Time

Do you have experience utilizing people expertise to proactively drive high-impact solutions that deliver business wide results? The Human Resources Business Partner will drive strategic human capital business partnering with leaders within a division or functional area, responsible for organization/talent strategy and integrated solutions delivery in partnership with HR COE's and Shared Services. The HR Business Partner will serve as the Senior Advisor and coach to Senior Leadership teams.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborates across COE leadership and individual SMEs/consultants

• Partner with divisional/functional leadership regarding the development and implementation of human capital strategies needed to meet business objectives.

• Consult with assigned business leaders to understand business strategy/drivers and identify corresponding human capital solutions to achieve operational and strategic priorities

• Leverage human capital data and insights to improve decision making aligned to strategy

• Diagnose complex people and capability gaps (i.e., performance, talent) and develop targeted interventions and development strategies to address them

• Independently lead complex HR engagements on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy

• Provide coaching to business leadership to improve leadership effectiveness

• Provide coaching to team and people leaders to improve organizational effectiveness, efficiency and leadership capability

• Contribute to and leads components of organizational development and design within divisions

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:

Hiring Minimum: $96471

Hiring Maximum: $164262

Skills/Requirements

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree required

• 5+ years HR experience

• Leadership experience preferred

• Advanced degree and senior HR certification a plus

• Demonstrated business acumen with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills

• Demonstrated success in influencing and coaching at the senior leadership level

• Experience developing, building, and maintaining strong business partnerships

• Ability to effectively engage and influence leaders at all levels of the organization, including C-Suite and their Senior Leadership teams

• Demonstrated leadership, communication, organizational and change management skills

• Ability to work independently, exercise exceptional judgment and decision-making

Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
