Field Coordinator
Our Field Coordinators ensure that all documentation, correspondence and reporting is completed in an efficient manner to assist the Operations Management in tracking project needs and requirements, as well as serving as primary support for GPS activity. Position reports to the Project Manager.
What Do You Offer Us?
Plan, prepare, collect, organize and maintain project documentation including GPS entries and physical as-builts.
Facilitate utility locates within Sunshine 811 and manage all activity with locates.
Work with the Management team to produce and distribute various reports and schedules required (i.e. crew locations, work completion, and equipment tracking).
Ability to interpret field conditions and communicate project requirements to team.
Assist operations management with various field duties.
Maintain project-associated contact lists and obtain project specific information.
Complete project close-out as required (i.e. permits, as-builts, and inspections).
Basic understanding of construction standards and practices
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and independently when necessary.
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.

What is Required?
High school Diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
Computer skills (working knowledge of MS Office programs such as Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook and a strong skillset within a spreadsheet environment.
Must hold a valid Driver’s License
Pass Pre-Employment drug screen and background check
Must be able to stand or walk for long periods with repeated lifting (Up to 50 lbs.), kneeling, crawling, climbing and reaching
