Job Title: HVAC Specialist/Plumbing Specialist/Electrician
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our team as HVAC Specialists, Plumbing Specialists, and Electricians. These roles involve providing routine and emergency maintenance for campus buildings, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for students, faculty, and staff.
Responsibilities
Perform routine and emergency HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance.
Work closely with internal customers including students, faculty, and staff to resolve maintenance issues and work orders.
Collaborate with a team of 10-12 multi-craft mechanics under the direction of the Zone Manager and Working Supervisor.
Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems including lighting, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
Essential Skills
Completion of a trade school program.
Experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance.
Proficiency in facilities maintenance and preventive maintenance.
Strong skills in carpentry, painting, and drywall.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Work Environment
The campus is divided into geographic maintenance zones, each managed by a Zone Manager and Working Supervisor. Each zone has a satellite shop where a team of 10-12 technicians operate to provide both routine and emergency maintenance. Work hours for the HVAC and Plumbing Specialists are Monday-Friday from 7:45AM to 4:15PM, and for the Electrician, Wednesday-Sunday from 6:00AM to 2:30PM.
