WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHERThe Development Coordinator works on a variety of fundraising activities in support of approved tactics and provides administrative and/or program support to Senior Principal Gifts Officers and the Director of Individual and Institutional Giving. The Coordinator will collaborate with multiple teams across the organization and communicate on behalf of the program directors and serve as a resource for the Individual and Institutional Giving team. The Development Coordinator may be responsible for various activities, including data management, tracking activities, scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, assisting donors with asset transfer, planning logistics of meetings, and assisting with the planning of special events for prospects, donors, and the department. They may provide program information to prospects and donors, assist with writing development strategy briefings, and support in donor research. The Coordinator will use the fundraising management system (BBCRM) to maintain donor information, produce donor reports, perform analysis and research, and track prospects and donors. They apply established processes and practices in order to improve effectiveness. The Coordinator may have substantial contact with staff, donors, legal and financial professionals. They will provide other staff with information they need to make decisions and find a solution to problems. They will perform administrative functions as required. Experience in business writing, editing, and proofreading. Experience managing diverse activities to meet deadlines. Experience working and communicating with a wide range of people. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience appreciated. Ability to analyze information for the purpose of preparing reports, coordinating efforts and solving problems. Abili y to apply research skills. Ability to write and edit written materials for use with donor solicitations, member communications, and special events. Experience, coursework, or other training in fundraising principles and practices. Experience working with databases, including managing and tracking data. SALARY INFORMATIONThe starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $45,600 - $67,050 for annual base salary. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate's actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges.
