We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Wholesale Company that specializes in printing signs, banners and etc. Must have a great personality, phone voice, great Customer Service skill and able to use a tape measure.

Duties include:

• Greet Customers
• Answer phones
• Direct inquires to the proper department
• Process orders received via email
• Process freight quotes and determine shipping cost
• Follow up with customers
• Data entry
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and move swiftly into the production line
