Summary

The Commercial Servicing Associate is responsible for providing sufficient support for Commercial loans through onboarding and servicing responsibilities. Position level will be dependent on candidate experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Onboard commercial loans into the loan system for various types of lending verticals.
• Work closely with Loan Coordinators to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of daily loan closings.
• Process incoming payments while ensuring payment accuracy is met.
• Work with Agent Banks to resolve discrepancies.
• Process advance requests, including submission to the wire department.
• Process conversion and rate change requests.
• Assist with imaging loan documents and daily activity.

Qualifications

• Understand and comply with all regulations, including the Community Reinvestment Act, Bank Secrecy Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, etc.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required. 1+ years' related work experience in commercial loan operations preferred.

Systems and Technology

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
