Position Summary

The Organizational Change Management Associate Manager helps lead change programs for transformational initiatives to equip the organization to embrace change and achieve strategic business outcomes and value realization. Focusing on the people side of change, this role is responsible for helping plan, develop, implement, and drive change management strategies and plans in service of EHI’s digital transformation that maximize leader and colleague engagement in the change process, accelerate adoption of business process, technology, role, and data changes, and build change resiliency across the organization

Responsibilities

  • Help plan and lead change strategies using a structured methodology to create and execute change plans that drive engagement and adoption of change as part of EHI’s digital transformation projects including Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

  • Create actionable and tailored change deliverables for digital transformation projects: Leader Alignment and Stakeholder Engagement Plans, Communication Plans, Training Plans, Support Plans that engage leaders and colleagues in the change process. This includes integrating change plans into the overall project plans.

  • Help build and foster collaborative relationships with leaders and colleagues across the organization to drive change across digital transformation efforts. This includes helping align with, coach and support leaders and people managers as key change leaders and champions.

  • Help lead change impact analysis to assess the impact of the people, process, technology, and data changes and create persona-based journeys that build readiness of impacted stakeholders to adopt new processes, tools and ways of working tied to EHI’s digital transformation program.

  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities, including mapping roles to business processes and tools related to digital transformation initiatives.

  • Create training plans that enable colleagues to learn new skills, build proficiency and accelerate adoption of changes to daily ways of working. This includes assessing training needs, building, and partnering with vendors to source, design and tailor training content, planning and delivering learning events that build business process, roles, and tool capabilities related to EHI’s digital transformation program and transfer ongoing training responsibilities to business trainers.

  • Develop evaluation approach and adoption and success metrics that assess colleague readiness and measure adoption progress to achieve business outcomes and value of the digital transformation initiatives.

  • Help manage blended hybrid model of internal and third-party resources to deliver change plans and support the management of the digital transformation change portfolio.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Education, Human Capital Development, or related field

  • Five to seven years working in a business environment as a change practitioner

  • At least one year of experience leading others as a people manager

  • Practical and proven experience with large-scale organizational change efforts and applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools to drive transformational change on technology enablement change initiatives (ex. SAP implementation)

  • Excellent written and verbal communications, active listening, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage leaders and teams in a way that builds trust and credibility

  • Ability to build effective relationships with leaders and colleagues across the organization to influence and move toward a common goal

  • Experience working effectively in a distributed, team-oriented, and collaborative environment

  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects at one time with a strong understanding of project management methodologies

  • Flexible and adaptable with ability to work in an accelerated environment and transition smoothly and quickly from one digital transformation initiative to another

  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere in ambiguous situations

  • Forward looking with a growth mindset toward evolving change practices and techniques with a creative, entrepreneurial approach to finding solutions
