Job Title: Superintendent

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Superintendent to lead on a wide range of commercial projects. The role involves overseeing general commercial, light industrial, and municipal projects with construction costs ranging from $500,000 to $4,000,000. Responsibilities include collaborating with engineers and subcontractors to determine project needs, setting performance goals and deadlines, planning construction processes, estimating costs to maintain budget, supervising staff, providing feedback, monitoring project progress, planning inspections, obtaining construction permits, implementing safety and quality guidelines, ordering equipment, managing maintenance, tracking material stock, and ensuring the job site is safe, clean, and orderly. Additionally, you will resolve on-site issues and emergencies.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years as a construction Superintendent

• Must have ground up construction with GC/prime contractor

• Must be currently utilizing construction management software

• Experience working on design build projects are highly preferred
