Boys & Girls Clubs is looking for energetic, passionate, and creative individuals who are committed to serving youth in the surrounding community. The Youth Workforce Readiness Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of a comprehensive Workforce Readiness program for a designated Club, with an emphasis on middle school and high school programming. Past experience working with youth is beneficial. This could include babysitting, coaching, or youth instruction. GOOD TO KNOW: Our children, otherwise known as our members, range in age of PreK-12th grade. The members the Youth Workforce Readiness Coordinator generally works with are ages 12-18 years old. This is a part time, non-exempt (hourly) position with a good amount of hours you can count on. This position may be offered as a full time role, with benefits included as well. The schedule is typically M-F, between the hours of 12-8pm.
