Job Title: Accounts Payable Supervisor

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Supervisor to provide leadership and direction to a team of 8 Accounts Payable professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching, training, developing, and elevating the skills of each team member. Key responsibilities include leading the day-to-day administration of AP operational processes, managing the month-end close process, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining accurate monthly results. Additional duties involve assigning vendors and stores, keeping statistics of transactional workloads, maintaining error logs, developing team talent, training new hires, and managing vendor payment processes.
