Adecco US, Inc. CNC Trainer in Saint Charles, Missouri
The CNC Trainer is responsible for onboarding and ongoing development of both new and existing employees to ensure they meet performance standards and support the company’s goals for growth. This role involves creating and delivering training programs that equip manufacturing employees with the skills needed to advance in their roles and prepare for future career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality training to new hires to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and abilities for their manufacturing roles.
Conduct cross-training with employees to enhance versatility and proficiency in various areas of production.
Provide “Train the Trainer” sessions for shop leads to build internal training capabilities.
Offer post-training support to employees as needed, ensuring continued growth and skill development.
Work closely with supervisors to identify specific training needs for individual team members and departments.
Perform certification assessments for all employees to ensure proficiency in their roles.
Evaluate employees’ performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust training programs as necessary to meet those needs.
Perform audits, FPI checks, and spot checks to ensure adherence to quality standards and training effectiveness.
Follow up on corrective action training to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum age of 18 years old.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Hands-on experience in a machine shop environment (CNC, Mills, Lathes, Grinders, etc.).
Solid understanding of various manufacturing processes and techniques.
Knowledge of blueprint reading (including GT & DT), metrology (using measuring tools), and quality control procedures.
Familiarity with CNC programming principles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong public speaking, training delivery, and motivation abilities.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar training role.
Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for employees across multiple levels of the organization is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and reach for extended periods.
Able to lift, handle, and carry trays weighing up to 50 lbs.

Hours : 7am - 3:30om M-F
Pay Details: $65.00 per year
