Job Title: Retail Sales Associate Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience by assisting customers, maintaining the sales floor, and promoting products. Responsibilities: Assist customers by obtaining or receiving merchandise, totaling bills, accepting payments, and making change accurately. Stock shelves, counters, and tables with merchandise while ensuring proper display arrangements and coloration of items. Monitor and remove outdated merchandise from the sales floor in accordance with established procedures; prepare such items for salvage or disposal. Create attractive advertising displays and arrange merchandise to promote sales and enhance customer engagement. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred. 1-3 months of related experience and/or training in a retail or customer service environment. Basic math skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide with two-digit numbers and work effectively with tens and hundreds.
