Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Transact materials in ERP system

  • Pick Parts from Inventory and arrange part kits per BOM list for staged jobs for assembly per MRO priority list.

  • Organize, control, and maintain the inventory within the MRO area.

  • Maintain immediate and accurate systemic inventory transactions.

  • Perform continual cycle counting throughout year.

  • Audit and monitor date sensitive material “Shelf life.”

  • Stage articles per released shop order BOM’s and delivery documents.

  • Monitor and maintain properly identified material within all storage locations.

  • Create/maintain storage bin locations within ERP system.

  • Maintain proper batch control of “batch managed” inventory.

  • Prepare, support, and count annual physical inventory.

  • Identify and notify MRO manager of discrepant material and create/maintain proper

  • notification as documented within the MRO quality procedures.

  • Utilize proper storage, segregation of materials and articles to ensure safety of product per FAA regulations.

  • Perform job functions and tasks required by management.

  • Package articles and assemblies for shipment as required.

  • Receive and prepare shipments of parts and assemblies for the MRO warehouse to and from customers and UGI supply chain.

  • Maintain filing system of shop floor WIP documentation.

  • Maintain a 6 S work environment by keeping work areas clean.

Language, Math, and Reasoning Ability:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, drawings, set-up sheets, travelers, procedure manuals and government regulations.

Computer Skills:

Must be able to use computer and computer software as required by job. This includes computer data entry and data management with D365 and inventory software. Must be open to new technology.

Work Environment:

Factory and product manufacturing environment where the noise levels are moderate to loud.
