CNC Operator - 2nd and 3rd Shift - 3918

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate would have experience setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts according to the provided specifications. As a CNC machine operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.

Shifts Available: 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm) and 3rd shift (11pm-7am)

Responsibilities: * Set up and operate CNC machines to perform machining operations according to job orders. * Load raw materials into machines and monitor the production process to ensure accuracy and quality of finished parts. * Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain dimensional accuracy and meet production targets. * Perform routine maintenance tests on CNC machines to keep them in optimal working condition. * Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to verify conformance to specifications. * Troubleshoot issues with machinery and make necessary adjustments to resolve problems and minimize downtime. * Maintain adherence to 5S standards and follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.

Requirements: * Previous experience as a CNC machine operator or similar role in manufacturing environment. * Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC machines. * Familiarity with precision measuring instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. * Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy. * Effective problem-solving and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
