Position Overview:

Reporting to the Surgery Center Division Finance Director and will manage the day-to-day activities overseeing, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis, joint venture specific partner ownership as well as supporting operating and strategic initiatives. The position works closely with accounting, operational leaders, revenue cycle leaders, System leaders, and will be managing a team of analysts. The position will set standards, establish accountability, and requires strong analytical skills, leadership and interpersonal skills as well as provide more complex analysis, advice, and coaching in response to business issues.

EDUCATION:

Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

• Bachelor's: Finance or related field

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

• 8 years recent relevant experience

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Knowledge of patient care/surgery center operations and reporting.

• Demonstrated knowledge of online cost accounting system, and Excel/Access or similar spreadsheet/database software.

• Leadership, coaching, mentoring, and teambuilding skills.

• Customer service, communication and organization skills.

• Written/verbal interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills to provide support to various customers.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and have the ability to prioritize workload and consistently meet established deadlines.

• Ability to work with all levels of management and explain complex finance or cost accounting issues to non-financial managers.

• Ability to understand and adjust to changing priorities, circumstances, direction, and personal styles.

Pay Range is $58.95 to $88.43 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
