Randstad is looking for an experienced industrial maintenance engineer. This position will require facilities and equipment maintenance knowledge. salary: $110,000 - $115,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Training of all operators for job set up on all equipment.

• Direct and supervise all maintenance personnel and vendors.

• Schedule, prioritize, and monitor the performance of all maintenance personnel and vendors and hold them accountable for their quality and efficiency.

• Creating standard work instructions and documentation.

• Identifying opportunities for equipment improvement, modification or replacement and collaborating with the production management team to implement them.

• Developing plans and schedules for facilities and equipment maintenance and ensuring that they are completed in a timely manner.

• Track all maintenance related work and schedules and provide reporting on equipment reliability and uptime.

• Perform research and schedule training sessions with vendors and equipment manufacturers to ensure that you and your team maintain current and comprehensive knowledge of all software and hardware related to production and facilities maintenance.

• Determine appropriate spare parts inventory after analyzing and creating equipment maintenance schedules and oversee inventory to ensure adequate supply.

• Providing technical expertise, troubleshooting support and training to production personnel and maintenance technicians.

• Servicing and replacing old or faulty equipment.

• Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.

• Removing old equipment and installing new machines.

• Providing technical support and training on new equipment.
