Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Hospice Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings, including inpatient care and assisted living facilities.

Skills and Requirements

Skills

  • Valid LVN license in the state of California

  • 2+ years of working experience as an LVN

  • Hospice experience

  • Homebase or similar software experience Responsibilities

  • Perform patient assessments and provide nursing care in accordance with established procedures

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

  • Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs

  • Assist with IV insertions, tube feedings, and other medical procedures

  • Implement infection control protocols to maintain a safe healthcare environment

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care null
