Description

Robert Half is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client's team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. You will handle a variety of tasks including answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, order placement, and order status updates.

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues as needed to ensure swift resolution.

  • Process returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.

  • Maintain accurate customer records by documenting interactions and updates in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Shipping, and Product Development to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience.

  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers and provide accurate information.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of customer service strategies.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
