Shantel Poole with Robert Half has an exciting opportunity for a Controller who is highly organized and detail oriented. As a Controller, your role will involve managing various accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and resolving financial queries. This role is in the financial services industry where you will be working with accounting software systems and different financial services.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Oversee and ensure all accounting functions are performed correctly and efficiently

• Maintain and manage financial records using Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services

• Utilize CRM to monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Create and manage financial reports using Crystal Reports software

• Conduct regular financial audits to ensure compliance and accuracy

• Manage and oversee budget processes to ensure financial efficiency

• Use Tabs3 and Paychex software for various accounting tasks

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
