The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated food production supervisor to our Trio Community Meals team in Rutland, VT. As a food production supervisor, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of talented professionals in achieving operational success.

What you'll be doing:

  • Monitoring all quality and productivity goals.

  • Enforcing and following-up on all company policies, manufacturing processes, and safety regulations on a daily basis.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

  • At least two years of manufacturing experience.

  • At least one year of supervisory experience.

  • Understand all guidelines regarding current HACCP plans.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Food handler’s certification.

Compensation:

The pay rate is $18/hr.
