Description We are seeking a Corporate Tax Staff Accountant to join our consultancy team located in Rutherford, New Jersey. As a Corporate Tax Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for tasks such as processing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate customer credit records, and resolving customer inquiries. You will also monitor customer accounts and ensure appropriate action is taken when necessary. We offer a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Effectively utilize Accounting Software Systems for customer credit applications

• Handle customer inquiries related to ADP - Financial Services

• Maintain and manage customer credit records using BlackLine

• Accurately process customer credit applications using CCH Sales Tax

• Oversee customer accounts and execute appropriate action using Concur

• Carry out various Accounting Functions as part of the role

• Efficiently manage Accounts Payable (AP)

• Execute Accrual Accounting tasks

• Conduct Auditing processes as required

• Manage Balance Sheet Account Requirements • Proficient in using Accounting Software Systems for efficient financial management.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services to handle various financial tasks.

• Knowledge in using BlackLine for accounting and finance operations.

• Familiarity with CCH Sales Tax for managing sales tax compliance.

• Ability to use Concur for travel and expense management.

• Strong understanding of Accounting Functions for effective financial control.

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure timely payments.

• Proficiency in Accrual Accounting for accurate representation of company's financial status.

• Strong skills in Auditing to ensure compliance with accounting standards.

• Ability to manage Balance Sheet Account for financial stability and growth.
