Join Our Team as a Welder in Our Pre-Fabrication Shop!

Are you passionate about welding and looking for a dynamic work environment? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team and help build modular units in our state-of-the-art pre-fabrication shop.

What You'll Do:

• Welding Excellence: Perform MIG and fluxcore welding on steel to create strong, clean welds. No aluminum or stainless steel welding required.

• Blueprint Mastery: Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise construction.

• Versatile Welding: Primarily work with flat and horizontal welding, with occasional vertical welding tasks.

• Precision Work: Control AMP and tolerances to produce high-quality welds.

• Material Handling: Cut materials, read tape measures, and use grinders to finish welds.

Skills We're Looking For:

• Welding Skills: Proficiency in MIG and fluxcore welding.

• Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wire diagrams.

• Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical skills and familiarity with hand and power tools.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to measure accurately to 1/16 of an inch.

Additional Qualifications:

• Physical Strength: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $26.00
