Pharmacy Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented retail Pharmacy Manager to oversee pharmacy operations in a smaller setting. You will be leading a dedicated team of 5-6 individuals, providing industry-leading customer service, managing staff schedules, and ensuring the timely receipt, processing, filling, and checking of all prescriptions. As part of your role, you will also be expected to perform MTM calls to patients.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school/college of pharmacy

• Licensed as a Pharmacist in the State in which you will be working (MN/IA)

• Five or more years of pharmacy experience in a retail/community setting

• Thorough knowledge pharmacy business, both technical and financial

• Two or more years in leadership or management
