Actalent Pharmacy Manager in Rushford, Minnesota

Description:

Hiring for a retail pharmacy manager to support a smaller pharmacy in Southeast MN. This position will oversee pharmacy operations and a team of 5-6. Candidate must have a current Pharmacist License in the state of Minnesota.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations

  • Provide industry leading customer service

  • Training all team members

  • Manage staff schedules

  • Receive, process, fill and check all prescriptions in a timely manner

  • Perform MTM calls to patients

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Qualifications

•Graduate of an accredited school/college of pharmacy

•Licensed as a Pharmacist in the State in which you will be working (MN/IA)

•Five or more years of pharmacy experience in a retail/community setting

•Thorough knowledge pharmacy business, both technical and financial

•Two or more years in leadership or management

•Detail oriented and very organized

•Able to handle a high stress environment

•Possess a thorough knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and systems

•Be able to multitask

•Possess excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
