• We are looking for a Predictive Wireless Site Survey Solutions Engineer to join us here at Cisco. In this role, you will help craft wireless networks by conducting predictive site surveys, analyzing data, and optimizing network designs. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with technology, and making an impact on connectivity solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct wireless site surveys to assess network performance and recommend improvements.

• Work with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide technical insights.

• Analyze survey data to build reports with heat maps, coverage forecasts, and capacity insights.

• Develop presentations that highlight the value and impact of wireless network solutions.

• Support the deployment of wireless solutions by sharing technical mentorship.

• Keep up with emerging wireless technologies and apply them to improve survey methods.

• Provide direct support to customers by addressing wireless networking challenges.

• Participate in training programs to expand your skills in wireless networking and predictive surveys.

What We’re Looking For:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.

• A curiosity about wireless networking, RF fundamentals, or Wi-Fi standards (experience is Preferred, but not required).

• Willingness to learn predictive site survey tools (like Ekahau or Hamina—training provided!).

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical ideas clearly.

• Ability to work well in a team while also taking initiative when needed.
