Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst to join our team of high performing, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Roy, UT and will be supporting the Strategic Deterrent System (SDS) Division.
What You’ll Get To Do
Position reports to Division Security Director
Division and Program Security Operations Coordinator
Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality
Prepare expense reports
Conduct Security Briefings
Will support the management and execution of program security as it applies to program protection and industrial security oversight for our Industrial Security Program
Collect metrics, analyze data, and prepare and managing presentations for Security Leadership, Sector, and corporate presentations
Develop Security SharePoint and OneNote sites to division and Security managers
Work closely with other senior Security managers and division and sector executives to coordinate and submit weekly reports
Collaborate with Security managers to develop metrics, dashboards, and timely reporting
Coordinate across Strategic Deterrent Systems Division Security sites to ensure consistent level of operations support
Responsible monitoring and supporting the Purchase Orders (Convergint and Allied Universal) process

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors with 2 years of relevant experience; or masters with 0 years of relevant experience (an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree)
Must be a US Citizen with an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a U.S Government DoD Top-Secret security clearance within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need
Computer and desktop Microsoft office software products experience
Must be detail-oriented, have meticulous record-keeping, and will be responsible for accurate data input into multiple databases/spreadsheets
Organized and efficient at time management
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and follow projects through to completion
Current Top-Secret clearance
Ability to maintain flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines
Self-starter with minimal supervision
Willing to work in deadline driven environment, excellent communication skills speaking, writing skills and organized skills enabling effective communications.
Salary Range: $63,800 - $95,800
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
