Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Lab Administrative Assistant in the educational sector, located in ROXBURY, Massachusetts. As a Lab Administrative Assistant, you will be involved in a variety of tasks related to customer service, administrative assistance, biology, and laboratory work.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service

• Carry out administrative tasks such as filing and maintaining accurate records

• Support laboratory technicians in their daily duties

• Process and manage customer applications meticulously

• Monitor customer accounts and take the necessary action when required

• Assist in biology-related tasks and lab work

• Ensure all customer credit records are updated and accurate. Requirements • Possess a minimum of one year experience in a related role

• Proven track record in providing excellent customer service

• Proficient in filing and organizing documents systematically

• Experience working with laboratory technicians would be advantageous

• Basic understanding of biology is required

• Demonstrated skills in administrative assistance tasks
