Inventory Control Clerk
(Rowena)
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Track inventory and stock changes.
- Oversee inventory control processes.
- Manage deliveries efficiently.
- Inspect inventory for accuracy and quality.
- Maintain inventory records and order products as needed.
- Reconcile and report inventory levels and issues to management.
- Identify and address any discrepancies in inventory.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Create reports detailing available inventory and any issues.
- Assist in developing policies to ensure efficient inventory control and compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to optimize procurement and transportation processes.
- Utilize forklift for moving products as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
- Forklift experience preferred (or ability to gain certification).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with inventory management software or similar tools.
- Knowledge of inventory principles, concepts, and procedures.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
- Ability tolift upto 50 lbs.and stand for extended periods during physical inventory counts.
- Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Basic math skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
8-12 hour shifts 6:00 am - 6:00 pm $16.00 per hour
