We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor in Round Rock, Texas with prior Injection Molding experience (required). Duties include conducting Job Start-ups, troubleshooting machines, maintaining quality control, and ensuring safety protocols. You will also support continuous improvement, train new personnel, handle raw materials, assist with production tasks, maintain a clean workspace, and report productivity and issues to supervisors and the team. Responsibilities

• Assign resources per Production Priority Plan to optimize output.

• Follow priority run lists and process documents precisely.

• Conduct Job Start-up, considering materials and process parameters.

• Ensure machines run within specifications, troubleshooting as needed.

• Start and shut down machines and auxiliary equipment as required.

• Sign-off on Production First Articles meeting specifications.

• Maintain quality control throughout production.

• Perform equipment troubleshooting and preventative maintenance, documenting all work.

• Ensure Operators have proper PPE and follow safety policies.

• Equip production lines with necessary tools and materials.

• Support continuous improvement and train new personnel.

• Blend, load, and document raw materials, ensuring resin levels are adequate.

• Assist with trimming, wrapping, and quality inspections.

• Maintain clean and organized workstations.

• Report productivity and issues to incoming Supervisors and team via email and reports.

The essential functions of this role include:
