Description We are offering a role in the financial services industry based in Round Rock, Texas, 78664, United States. The position is for a Customer Service Representative with a focus on credit and collections. This opportunity provides a short term contract employment type, ideal for individuals with strong Spanish language skills and experience in commercial collections, customer service, and using CRM systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture relationships with customers to provide exceptional service

• Foster account growth through strategic customer interactions in person and over the phone

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and State and Federal lending regulations

• Manage delinquent debt effectively by conducting appropriate telephone collection activities

• Process all payments and fees to customer accounts in line with Company Policy

• Conduct data entry tasks for loan applications and documents

• Handle and process credit loan applications

• Sign checks for loans, branch expenses, and money remittances

• Close loans as directed in a timely and efficient manner. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within the financial services industry

• Proficiency in Spanish language and translation

• Experience in collecting outstanding payments and commercial collections

• Familiarity with consumer collections and debt collection

• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Customer Info File management

• Experience with CRM - Customer Relationship Manager software

• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle complaints and queries professionally and courteously

• Knowledge of credit collections and commercial collections is an asset

• Demonstrated ability to maintain positive relationships with customers

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• High level of organization and attention to detail

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure

• Willingness to undergo a background check as part of the recruitment process.
