responsibilities:

• We have been working with a consulting company on the project plans for last 2 years. The date for separation is targeted for end of 2024.

• We are exiting our consulting company and are looking for PM support (for both sides of the sale) to complete the project plan and deliverables that have already been put into play. We are not starting at ground zero.

• We are anxious to quickly source PMs to transfer knowledge from consulting company (prior to their exit).
