We are looking for a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our distribution team in the Medical Device organization. As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting overall warehouse operations.

salary: $19 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Ensure all date entry, scheduling updates and shipping documents are processed accurately to support daily operations.

• First line of communication between customer and company

• Work closely with order intake for a smooth process

• Assist in maintaining consistent flow of medical devices for timely outbound/inbound processing

• Packaging orders to get them out to customers

• Work to enter data in the system for record keeping

• Record shipment data

• Prepare documents, such as work orders, or shipping orders to route materials.
