The Growth and Commercial Execution Leader will report to the Head of Strategy and Business Operations. The selected leader will contribute to assessing and commercializing new business opportunities as well as supporting implementation of numerous strategic initiatives by working with key business leaders throughout the North America business. In addition, s/he will be involved with building a more robust infrastructure to provide visibility and accountability related to commercial execution to support KCPs transformational vision. Additionally, this individual will help facilitate successful development of KCP North Americas long range business plan. Work is also strongly influenced by the President and CFO of KCP NA as well as NA functional leaders. The Leader will be an individual contributor but may manage a broader scope of cross-functional team members depending on the project. In this role, you will: New Business Initiatives and Cross-Selling: Lead assessment, opportunity sizing, and commercial feasibility of cross-selling opportunities (B2B / Consumer channels) and other incremental revenue ideas. This individual will partner with cross-functional teams to not only assess/size opportunities, but also to drive commercialization. Strategic Planning: Help facilitate the KCP NA long range planning cycle (SBP) in conjunction with the broader Enterprise timeline and work across KCP NA teams to develop the plan. The plan will be grounded in insights and ultimately inform adjustments to existing strategies and levels of investment/ resource allocation based upon new learnings and changes in the competitive environment. Commercial Execution and Performance Monitoring: Lead program management, tracking, and diagnosis of cross-functional commercial programs, investments, annual performance objectives, and other key priorities. Partner closely with the commercial teams to track and monitor progress of all key initiatives aligned to ABP priorities. Strategic Projects: Provide strategic analytical support for key Enterprise initiatives and prioritized projects and workshops as determined by KCP NA Leadership Team (i.e., POWER, IMM, Powering Care ways of working development, wargames). To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: Required: Bachelor's Degree and MBA preferred. 10 years experience in strategy and/or extensive leadership experience in strategic operating roles or corporate functions. Experience in management consulting firms and/or CPG industry experience in strategy development, finance, marketing, or other roles with strategic content. Effective communicator able to build creditability and be a trusted voice with leadership and key stakeholders on market intelligence, competitive dynamics, and initiatives impacting company performance. Demonstrated ability developing and executing strategic initiatives that result in enterprise-wide transformational change and value creation. Proven experience working in a fast-paced setting; enthusiastic about the potential strategic opportunities facing Kimberly-Clark; well-grounded and pragmatic. Collaborative leader with the ability to inspire, motivate, and leverage the skillsets of a global strategy team.
