Work you'll do

• Support technical teams with stakeholder outreach and engagement related to high-priority activities

• Support technical teams in finalizing reports and communications products related to high-priority activities, such as financial analyses, as prioritized by leadership

• Support client leadership in the coordination of an end-of-project conference/event, including preparation, communications, stakeholder engagement, and guidance on the transition of knowledge to local stakeholders

• Support client leadership with internal capacity-building activities as needed

• Mentor, develop, and train junior staff

• Lead and manage large project engagements

• Support business development and proposal activities, as requested

• Other duties as requested

Organization Transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit, or functional level, involves both employers and providers across the Human Capital ecosystem, and requires a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.

Qualifications

Required:

• Completed advanced degree in international development or related area

• Experience in international development and donor coordination

• Ability to travel 50-75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

• Experience in large event preparation and project management
