The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service by interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and virtual meetings. This role ensures that customer inquiries are resolved accurately and efficiently, maintaining detailed records in Salesforce, and adhering to compliance requirements. This position is onsite in Roseville, MN and is a temp-to-hire role. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Interaction

• Provide high-quality interactions with customers via phone, email, chat, and virtual meetings.
• Address and resolve customer issues with urgency and a focus on quality service.

2. Inquiry Resolution

• Deliver clear, accurate, and consistent responses to customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution with minimal follow-ups.

3. Data Recording

• Accurately record all customer interactions in Salesforce, capturing detailed information to maintain high-quality data for quality control.

4. Process Improvement

• Identify and address challenges related to product support and service processes/workflows.
• Collaborate with departmental and cross-departmental teams to resolve issues and enhance processes.

5. Compliance

• Adhere to HIPAA and FERPA laws as per compliance requirements.

6. Procedural Adherence:

• Follow and promote departmental procedures, processes, and workflows.
• Embrace and advocate for departmental and corporate mottos, including the 7 Rules of Engagement, 5S Methodology, and BE3.

Core Competencies, Skills & Abilities 1. Communication:

• Clearly communicate with team members to share information, address and resolve issues, recommend solutions, and implement process changes.

2. Interpretation:

• Accurately interpret information and understand its impact on the activities and functions of the team.

Position Requirements Education & Experience:

• Associates degree preferred
• 2 years of experience in technical support for Apple products and apps.
• Experience cannot be substituted for educational requirements.
