The Life Enrichment Director leads all planning and implementing of a quality leisure and social events program crafted to assist senior residents in maintaining their personal potential both physically and mentally. This leadership position will be responsible for all aspects of the activities department and team for our beautiful senior assisted living/memory care community Amira Choice Roseville on Cleveland in Roseville, MN.

• 80 hours per two week pay period and may require evenings and weekends as needed.

• Part of Manager On Duty weekend rotation

Amira Choice of Roseville on Cleveland is a beautiful, well-designed senior living community that offers the highest level of distinction for our residents. We offer 80 senior units with a mix of Independent/Assisted Living as well as Memory Care and Care Suites. Our community is adjacent to both Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN and is near public transportation making it a convenient location for our employees. Responsibilities/Job Description

• Develops program and activities reflective of resident interests

• Assists in meeting the psychosocial needs of residents

• Coordinates community volunteers

• Leads and is responsible for Activities Assistants

Qualifications

Required :

• Associate's Degree in Recreational Therapy or related

• Able to drive a 14 passenger van

Preferred :

• Bachelor's Degree in Recreational Therapy or related

• Three to five years previous experience
