Overview

• Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $16 - $22 per hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience

We are looking for a Pub Host. This role is responsible for daily operations of the Pub in our assisted living community in Roseville, MN. This food service position includes;

• Casual / on call

• day/early evening shifts

• weekend rotation as needed

Responsibilities Job Description

• MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE

• Sets up Pub, serves in this area and cleans up after closing

• Follows procedures for liquor service

• Promotes and encourages positive resident relations and happiness with their meal service

• Sanitizes equipment, work areas and maintains supplies

• Assists with food prep and special events

• Provides kitchen support when needed with dish washing and cleaning of floors

• Answers phones and communicates requests appropriately

Qualifications

• MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE

• No previous experience required, but prefer work experience in a customer service setting

• Excellent customer service skills and proficiency, teamwork and positive demeanor required

• Desire to work with seniors

• Ability to interact compassionately and communicate effectively with residents and staff
