Apartment Management Consultants, LLC Regional Communications Director in Roseville, California

We are currently seeking a Regional Communications Director!

Conducts compliance tracking/corporate reporting and fulfills corporate social media & marketing responsibilities .

Responsibilities include:

To be successful as a Regional Communications Director, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Regional Communications Director must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, Regional Communications Director should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by supervisory personnel.

  • Assist in coordinating corporate activities, retreats, holiday events, etc.

  • Complete the company monthly newsletter

  • Audit property marketing and social media

  • Assist with Due Diligences as needed

  • Track Compliance of RPM Audits, Biweekly Inspections, Semi Annual Inspections,

  • Determine Leasing Superstars and send out the awards.

  • Assist region’s Executives and direct supervisor with tasks on a as needed basis.

  • Provide backup assistance for other members of the team as necessary

  • Responsible for providing quality customer service to all clients.

  • Responsible for answering phone calls and emails and directing them to the appropriate person.

  • Responsible for sorting and assisting with mail distribution.

  • Incumbent will schedule UPS pick-ups.

  • Responsible for compiling data as well as tracking and inputting data received from properties.

  • Assist with data entry of Proforma’s

  • Incumbent will be required to follow up with properties on a continuous basis in order to meet deadlines.

  • Serve as a liaison between the properties, regional office and corporate office.

  • Responsible for keeping the data base up to date

  • Responsible for occasionally assisting in file audits, unit inspections and compilation of data at the time of due diligence for new property takeovers.

    Requirements:

    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

    Compensation: Full- Time $28.00 per hour + depending on experience
