Flint Hills Resources Strategic Reliability Leader in Rosemount, Minnesota

Your Job Flint Hills Resources is looking to hire a Strategic Reliability Leader at our Pine Bend refinery in Rosemount, MN. We are looking for an experienced reliability professional that is passionate about building a culture of reliability in everything we do.In this role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the systems, tools, and work processes that enable us to create and implement effective maintenance and reliability strategies on our equipment. You will also play a key role in leading the development and implementation of equipment reliability strategies, particularly for large complex systems that cross production unit boundaries. Your expertise and leadership will also be counted on to assist troubleshooting and RCFA efforts on complex and urgent equipment issues. Our Team The Strategic Reliability Leader is a core team member of the Asset Management organization. This team exists to excel in and transform the ways we maintain, improve and restore asset availability. What You Will Do Lead multi-disciplinary teams to develop system and asset level strategies including review of operating envelope, sparing/parts stocking strategy, training, condition monitoring requirements, any necessary preventive tasks, etc. Lead the development and implementation of reliability tools, processes, procedures and metrics Mentor and teach reliability concepts to other employees within the organization Incorporate asset life cycle considerations (reliability, maintainability, etc.) into strategic investments and develop supporting reliability strategies that deliver investment objectives, drive increased availability/utilization, and lower long-term cost of ownership Facilitate development of functional requirements for the asset and/or system. Lead the development of system FMEAs (Failure mode and effects analysis) for use in the development of equipment reliability strategies Perform reliability statistical analysis (asset and system) for aiding the business in making investment decisions Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor of Science in an Engineering or related field Ten (10) years or more of reliability experience in a petrochemical or similar heavy industrial setting What Will Put You Ahead Fifteen (15) years or more of reliability experience Five (5) years or more of refinery experience Project integration experience in an industrial setting Reliability Tool and System development Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) certification Data management experience, particularly, with EAM, CMMS and/or AI reliability tools At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
