Your Job Flint Hills Resources Pine Bend is now hiring an Instrument and Analyzer Asset Management Leader to join the team at the Rosemount, MN refinery! We are seeking a skilled leader with a strong passion for asset management and the application of technology to advance the FHR vision through the Instrument and Analyzer asset management business. The Instrument and Analyzer Asset Management Leader is responsible for driving sustained business improvement while developing their team members technically and professionally. Our Team The Instrument and Analyzer Asset Management Team is responsible for diagnosing failure modes and scoping corrective actions, performing root cause analysis and developing reliability strategy improvements, always with an eye towards innovation.The team collaborates with Capabilities across the organization leveraging a condition-based monitoring approach and cutting-edge technologies to achieve industry leading asset performance.The team is also leading the way in using automated diagnosis tools enhanced through the application of AI.Instrument and Analyzer Asset Management also consists of a work-execution pillar via a partnership with the maintenance organization that focuses on precision maintenance for all types of refinery instruments and analyzers. What You Will Do Develop and maintain a business point of view aligned with the FHR Vision and lead the development of business improvement strategies that leverage technology and revolutionize existing data management practices Align business priorities and strengthen partnerships with key capability stakeholders across FHR and within the refinery Collaborate across capabilities to apply comparative advantage by the division of labor and drive Instrument and Analyzer capability technical advancement Build sustainable Instrument and Analyzer asset management capabilities in partnership Work Execution Pillar with a clear understanding of the depth and breadth of what healthy Instrument and Analyzer maintenance practices entail Provide leadership and guidance to the instrument and analyzer engineers and technical professionals with a focus on their growth and professional development Lead change with an emphasis on people first, creating the right environment to enable self-actualization and personal growth at all levels of the organization Understand barriers to progress while holding team members accountable to milestones and deliverables Oversee, audit and adjust the Instrument and Analyzer Mechanical Integrity Programs as the accountable business leader Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or other related field Previous leadership/supervisor experience What Will Put You Ahead Failure modes, cause and effect analysis (FMCA/RCA) knowledge and experience Preventative/Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) application knowledge and experience Experience implementing data management improvement strategies to automate work processes and improve decision-making Knowledge and understanding of API standards and precision maintenance practices for instrumentation and analyzers Experience with turnaround outage planning and execution At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
