Position Summary:

The Scrum Master will work within the Salesforce & MuleSoft teams as an influential leader and change agent. This individual will guide the team and organization in effectively employing Agile/Scrum practices and principles to create value and increase customer and stakeholder satisfaction. This role will assess the Scrum maturity of the department and organize and coach the team to higher levels of maturity.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Organize and facilitate sprint planning and release planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other agile related events

  • Partner with the product owner and scrum teams on user story sizing and acceptance criteria definition, facilitates the definition of minimal viable product, and leads continuous refinement and prioritization of the product backlog

  • Demonstrate professionalism as a business and change leader, serving as a role model for others in the organization

  • Manage relationships and communicate openly and frequently with leadership, operational teams, and project stakeholders

  • Coach and mentor Scrum Teams to encourage consistent, core best practices across the teams

  • Manage dependencies and communication between the Scrum Teams and other teams (both Business and IT) within the organization

  • Remain abreast of, learns, and applies knowledge in new tools, techniques, and methodologies from teams and Agile community

  • Facilitate discussions that lead to the resolution of project issues and development impediments

  • Properly manage shared resources across multiple projects

  • Ensure Scrum Teams follow standards, create/maintain all necessary project artifacts including proper training and user documentation

  • Promote teamwork and foster an environment of collaboration and open communication

  • Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Information Technology and 3+ years’ related experience

  • 2+ years acting as a ScrumMaster

  • 2+ years’ experience working with outsource partners

  • ScrumMaster certification (CSM)

  • Experience with Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) programs

  • Knowledge of integration and deployment and understands how to run projects in the Scrum and Kanban methodologies, with multiple outside dependencies and remote project team members

  • Has desire to continuously learn new tools, techniques, and methodologies from teams and Agile community

  • Strong communication and negotiating skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate. technical subjects to non-technical audiences

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Beverage Industry experience

  • Process orientated experience/certifications – e.g., Six Sigma, ITIL

  • Understanding of Salesforce and MuleSoft tools and concepts

  • Proficient in Jira usage and configuration

  • High degree of initiative, purpose, and enthusiasm
