Hours: Tues- Sat, 10:30am to 7pm
Salary: $18/hr + bonuses for all completed appointments you set

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Field Marketing Ambassador to play a key role in driving Feldco’s growth. As a door-to-door representative, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, engaging directly with homeowners to introduce them to our products and services. Your ability to connect with people, build trust, and generate qualified leads and appointments will be instrumental in expanding our customer base. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on face-to-face interactions and takes pride in making a direct impact on the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Representation: Act as the face of Feldco through door-to-door canvassing, directly engaging with homeowners and creating meaningful connections.
Customer Engagement & Brand Awareness: Educate potential customers on Feldco’s superior home improvement products, building interest and trust in our brand.
Event Participation: Represent Feldco at home shows, trade shows, and community events, expanding our reach and attracting new customers.
Lead Generation & Appointment Setting: Proactively generate qualified leads by scheduling in-home consultations and driving customer interest to schedule an appointment.
Performance Tracking: Accurately log customer interactions and responses in our tracking system to measure success and improve outreach strategies.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience: Previous experience in field marketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and address customer inquiries or issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
Motivation: Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
Teamwork: Ability to work as part of a team with other ambassadors, managers, and the marketing department.
Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and travel as required.
Attend Training: Participate in regular training sessions to enhance field effectiveness.
Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for long periods and carrying promotional materials.
Work Environment:
Work will be conducted in various locations, as well as trade shows.
Travel may be required depending on the location of the events canvassing needs.
Compensation:
Uncapped commissions and bonuses based on performance
