This role is a fully REMOTE position; ideally resides in Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Kansas, Wyoming , Montana, or Louisiana. Up to 30% travel required to Dallas primarily. This is an exciting role for an experienced Consumer Marketing Director to lead a team of 3 direct reports and drive agency relationships. You\'ll be responsible for creating campaign strategies focused on engaging the Gen Z demographic and Millennial parents who expect more from the foods they eat and drink, demand environmental progress and to achieve a greener planet. The ideal candidate would have 5+ years experience leading strategy, managing direct reports/agency partners, and measuring ambitious digital marketing campaigns including; paid media, influencer partnerships, social media, and leading creative. To be considered for this role, the Consumer Marketing Director must have:-Experienced creating strong Gen Z and Millennial targeted digital marketing campaigns -Strong leadership; 3 direct reports/agency relationship -Comfortable working cross functionally-Data Driven-read reports and make educated campaign adjustment based on the findings-Strong knowledge of paid and social media-previous agriculture experience would be a PLUS!
