Exciting CAD Drafter opportunity based out of Rosemont, Illinois! This position is working for one of the largest Engineering, Environmental, and Surveying companies in the Midwest!

Title: CAD Drafter

Qualifications:

• 1+ Year experience in Drafting

• MicroStation is preferred, however, AutoCAD/ Civil 3D experience if no MicroStation

• An understanding of surveying: ex. understanding survey data (topography, Alta, plat subdivision, easement)

• Strong communication skills and able to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Boundary, Topographic and ALTA Surveys and Plats of Subdivision.

• Utilize MicroStation to draft survey data from field

• Provide technician support for the Surveying team by providing complex CAD support in preparing engineering/ survey plan sets and creating reports.
