Description
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our client's team located in ROSEMONT, Illinois. The Account Manager will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by managing client relationships and providing solutions to their needs. This position will involve managing a large portfolio of clients, attending workshops, and re-engaging former clients. The position offers a salary of $75,000 + commission + fll benefits.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and support a portfolio of 150-200 clients, providing them with the necessary guidance and resources.
• Ensure a high client renewal rate by addressing their needs effectively and engaging with them regularly via phone and in-person meetings.
• Attend 6-10 workshops per quarter, providing direction and answering client queries.
• Occasionally travel to workshops in other North American cities, as required.
• Lead presentations on specific concepts or tools to clients, demonstrating clear communication and public speaking skills.
• Re-engage with former clients not currently enrolled in the program, promoting the benefits of re-joining.
• Handle client issues with professionalism and integrity, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
• Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate client records and monitor account activity.
• Contribute to sales growth by managing sales calls, planning sales campaigns, and overseeing sales operations.
• Balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of activity.
Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience in an Account Manager role or similar
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Demonstrable experience with budget processes and financial acumen
• Knowledge of campaign planning and execution
• Proven track record in business sales and achieving annual sales targets
• Experience with consultative sales, direct sales, and sales calls
• Familiarity with planning and executing sales campaigns
• Consistent sales activity and ability to meet sales targets
• Experience with sales commission structures and sales growth strategies
• Comfortable with conducting sales meetings and sales operations
• Ability to deliver compelling sales presentations
• Knowledge of sales pricing strategies and sales processes
