Insight Global Mac Desktop Support Engineer in Roseland, New Jersey
Job Description
The candidate will be joining a support team who works full time onsite doing desktop support both in person and via a ticketing system. They will install, configure, and fix macOS issues for internal employees. They will interact with their users and guide them on queries and issues related to hardware and software. Professionals configure, install, and maintain Mac systems, their peripherals, and mobile devices. They will also resolve any issues related to single sign on using a MAC with JAMF software.

Skills and Requirements
-3-5 years of experience doing Mac support in either Apple Store or desktop support role
-Experience using some kind of ticketing system for support issues preferably service now
-Mac support of both laptops, desktops and mobile devices
-Excellent customer service skills
-Experience with JAMF for security and login issues
-Associates Degree any technical certifications null
