Key duties of this position: Under limited direction, performs a variety of cleaning work in offices, classrooms, restrooms, and multi-purpose rooms; assists with college's preventive maintenance program; maintains and beatifies grounds; ensures the delivery of quality maintenance and janitorial services. Responds to emergency janitorial and maintenance requests. Performs other related duties as assigned.
